I don't think so. printed books won't be abandoned in such a short time. I admit that new technology is developing fast. However, for our student, it is not realistic to study completely by electronic products.
There are many things need to recorded on books. Books are something meaningful and practical. here i think there are two effecient ways to protect the enviroment, and first one if the development of the technology, the knowlodge is power, it always makes us to get twice acheivement with half effort,for example, an typical pollution plastic package, many places forbid to use the plastic pakage,in fact the plastic package is very good,it has many advantage, low cost ,durable,convenient. the issue is we can't break down it, with the development of technology, one day it will be wildly used, but now what we can do is to use other things to instead it. we usually call for to save the resorces, but in my opinion the resorce is just like the money, if you want more money, you have to earn, but not to save. so the best way is to use the present resorce to discover the new and powrful resorce,we call it sustanibol development.
the other aspect of the protection is advocating everyone to join the group, to make every one realize the importance of protecting the enviroment, the more people ,the more power,thus, you can image if everyone has the habit to improve our enviroment,who make the pollution, if you want the enviroment better,now make you contribution and make your choice!
