一、研究背景和意义
随着我国人口老龄化速度的加快，养老问题已经成为全社会关注的焦点。在目前我国的养老模式中，机构养老模式作为其中的一种重要组成部分，其在满足老年人生活、健康、康复等方面的需求方面发挥了重要作用。本报告以 Maldives as an example, aims to explore the current situation and future development of the elderly care industry in Maldives, and to provide reference for the development of the elderly care industry in our country.
二、研究设计
我们这次调查的主要对象是 Maldives people's old-age homes, and we visited two old-age homes in Male City and one in Hanifaru. We talked to the managers and staff of the old-age homes, as well as the residents, to get their opinions on the current situation and needs of the elderly care industry in Maldives. We also visited the old-age homes to observe the living conditions and services provided for the residents.

Maldives is a small island country in the Indian Ocean, with a population of about 400,000 people. The country has a long history of social welfare and has made significant progress in the field of elderly care.
