为了更好地贯彻落实《母婴保健法》和妇女儿童发展规划纲要，提高我院保健工作的质量和效率，确保妇女儿童的健康安全，我们在上级主管部门及卫生院领导的指导下，进行了严格的 self-inspection of our maternity and child health work. Here is the report:
1. We have strictly followed the \"Maternity and Child Health Law\" and implemented the guidelines for women and children development. We have focused on the integration of health care and clinical work, serving the different needs of the various social classes.
2. We have effectively implemented the \"Maternity and Child Health Law\" through various channels and activities. For example, we have distributed promotional materials and held health education activities for the public, including the display of relevant videos and the distribution of \"Birth Medical Proof.\" We have also established a complete management system for the issue and distribution of \"Birth Medical Proof,\" ensuring that all processes are carried out strictly and in accordance with regulations.
3. We have actively promoted newborn disease screening and have fully implemented the new born disease screening program. To date, we have screen 57 newborns for diseases.
4. Our maternity and child health work is focused on improving the覆盖 rate of prenatal care and postpartum care, as well as the management rate of high-risk pregnant women and mothers. We have made great efforts to ensure that all births are conducted with the help of medical professionals and that all necessary medical care is provided to new mothers and infants.
5. We have conducted in-depth case studies for all deaths of children under the age of 5, and have made detailed records of the findings.
