However, the comments from Secretary艾 during the meeting indicated that our efforts have not achieved the expected results, which is a bit disheartening. Nevertheless, objectively speaking, we indeed have many problems.
The first problem is the preparation for the meeting. I was responsible for integrating the PPTs made by each commission. However, there was a problem in the style of the PPTs. Since each commission used different styles, it made the presentation look disorganized. We couldn't make new PPTs in time, so the effect wasn't very good. To solve this problem, we should have informed all commissions to use a unified style of PPT background before the meeting, and each commission should submit their tasks on time to allow the person responsible for integration to have time to modify the overall presentation. This way, we wouldn't have to rush to prepare for the meeting when we returned to school.
The second problem is that our computer skills are not strong enough. The PPTs we made were of poor quality. This requires us to work hard to improve our abilities in this field.
The third problem is the performance during the meeting. Although we had notified everyone in advance about the starting time and location of the meeting, some students still arrived late. This shows that our discipline requirements are not strict enough, and we haven't made our students aware of the importance of being on time. It's even late when leaders are present. Then, there was a problem with the arrangement of the meeting room. Many issues were pointed out by Secretary艾 during the meeting, and we will correct them in our future activities.
In conclusion, although we have worked hard, there are still many problems that need to be solved. We should work hard to improve our computer skills and discipline, and make sure to submit tasks on time. We also need to be more aware of the importance of being on time, especially in cases where leaders are present.
